In their program One Charming Night, the musicians of Lantana Camara present a selection of arias and instrumental pieces that explore the many facets of the night. In the style of a Concert Spirituel, numerous composers are featured through individual movements performed in succession.
The ensemble Lantana Camara – named after the lantana flower, known for its play of colors – appears in various instrumental line-ups.
In the night concert One Charming Night, Sophia Aretz (traverso), Amarilis Dueñas (viola da gamba/cello), and Jakob Wagner (lute) perform together with soprano Lubov Karetnikova. These young musicians have already appeared at renowned festivals and concert series and are winners and prize recipients of international competitions.
